Returns
The following goods are exempt from being returned:
Gift cards
Food
Earrings
Personal Care Products (e.g. Body Lotion)

Items purchased from {pocket}CHANGE may be returned or refunded within 30 days from the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unused
• in the same condition that you received it
• in its original packaging
• accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a email informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

• Do NOT ship your product to us for refund or exchange until you receive a confirmation email approving the transaction.
• You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
